Porsche 993 | Premium Package

The Porsche 993 was the last of its kind, a true air-cooled 911.

What amazed me enormously was the top condition of the almost a quarter century old sports car. Even the speaker recordings looked like they had just been installed.

The engine sound - a class of its own!

All the more important to also provide for the optimal HiFi sound . After all, what is a drive without your favorite music in exceptional sound quality.

The 993 got the individually adapted premium package with a very compact but powerful 400W DSP amplifier.

Instead of the old. amazingly cheap speakers, 13 cm low-mid speakers incl. crossover were installed in the front. In the rear, a high quality 2-way system was installed under the original cover.

Even without a subwoofer (not desired by the customer), an optimal sound image with sonorous basses could be achieved. I achieved this by individual tuning with a directional microphone in various positions. In the interior, nothing can be seen of the new components.
